A couple of books I’m reading at the moment: ‘Character Strengths Matter’, and ‘Character Strengths Interventions’. There are 24 character strengths. Things like Appreciation of beauty and excellence, Creativity, Curiosity, Fairness, Integrity…
No matter what you want to do; be a great parent, succeed in your work/business, or a sporting achievement- they all require you get optimal sleep.
And for sleep to be the ABSOLUTE priority.
Your thoughts create your reality.
If you think something’s going to happen,
it is much more likely to.
And if you think something’s not gonna happen,
There is less chance that it will.
Do you breathe through your nose or your mouth?
Your body extracts oxygen as you inhale air and exhales carbon dioxide as you breathe out.
So does that mean that oxygen is good and carbon dioxide is bad?
