Reduce your stress by tricking your brain

Reduce your stress by tricking your brain
Do you have things in life that really annoy you?
It might be your neighbours dog always barking?
Or is it waiting in a long queue and the other lines seem to be moving much faster than the line you’re in?
Or maybe there is a particular ad on TV that you find annoying?

How would you like to take the things that annoy you and increase your stress,
to instead relax you and reduce your stress?

Here’s how you could do it.
The next time that annoying thing happens,
instead of getting angry, use that moment as a trigger to take a slow deep breath,
down into your belly.
Maybe close your eyes, and repeat that a couple of times.
You will instantly feel more relaxed and so instead of letting those moments you have no control over annoy you;
you can reframe them, and use them as opportunities in your day to de-stress you🙂

Only you can do that by virtue of how you process your world.”
