Who is 1-2-1 coaching suitable for?

This 1-2-1 coaching program is designed for individuals who are committed to optimising their health, vitality, and overall well-being. Whether you’re struggling with chronic health issues, feeling the effects of aging, or simply want to take your wellness to the next level, my personalised coaching can help you achieve your goals.

What makes your coaching approach unique?

At Habits & Health, I combine the best of functional medicine, and cutting-edge research on longevity to create a holistic, personalised approach to health optimisation. Your coach, Tony Winyard, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to guide you on your journey, and the program emphasises sustainable lifestyle changes that deliver lasting results.

How long does the coaching program last?

The initial program is 12 weeks, during which we will work on creating new habits around various aspects of your health. However, we will never work on more than 2 new habits at a time, as the success rate for sustaining habit change markedly decreases when trying to implement multiple habits simultaneously. At the end of the 12 weeks, we will reassess and discuss the most appropriate next steps for you.

What can I expect from the weekly coaching sessions?

Your weekly coaching sessions with Tony will be a space for exploration, learning, and growth. Each 30-minute session, conducted via video call or phone, will focus on reviewing your progress, addressing challenges, and setting actionable goals for the week ahead. Tony will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you stay on track and achieve your desired outcomes.

Do I need to live in a specific location to participate in 1-2-1 coaching?

No, the coaching program is entirely virtual, which means you can participate from anywhere in the world. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a device for video calls (e.g., smartphone, tablet, or computer).

Tony is currently working with clients from the USA, the middle-east and Europe, as well as the UK.

What if I have dietary restrictions or specific health conditions?

My personalised coaching approach takes into account your unique needs, preferences, and any pre-existing health conditions. I will work closely with you to develop a plan that accommodates your dietary restrictions and supports your specific health goals.

How much does the 1-2-1 coaching program cost?

The investment for the 1-2-1 coaching program is £200 per month (US$250)

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Do you offer a guarantee?

While I cannot guarantee specific results, as each individual’s journey is unique, I can promise you my full commitment, expertise, and support throughout your coaching program. I have a proven track record of helping clients achieve transformative results, and am confident that if you fully engage with the program, you’ll experience significant improvements in your health and well-being.
