Here’s the Process
1. Free Meet & Greet Call
Before getting started on coaching, let’s make sure we’re a good fit. We’ll have a completely free 20-minute call to determine the best plan for you.
2. Coaching Sessions
We’ll meet either for 30-minute sessions every week or 60-minute sessions every other week. Coaching sessions can be done in person or online.
3. Real Life Transformation
You’ll learn how to take what we discuss during coaching sessions and translate that into real and sustainable changes in your habits and your health.
4. 24/7 support
Via my App, you can receive 24/7 support. So you can rest assured that you'll never be going it alone. I'm here with you every step of the way.
