How it Works

DJs have a hectic lifestyle when it comes to sleep and there are many factors which contribute to that.
Many people focus on just one element when in fact, good quality sleep is a result of working on all 5 areas- Getting them all in balance is the key.
All of the 5 areas feed into each other and are integral to each other. Each area that you improve also brings improvements in the other areas.
The end result is that not only does your all-round health improve, so does your general life and work performance. You feel better; you move easier. Most people lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way and can reduce medication.
However, as great as all of this sounds, it requires a great deal of work from you and will not be easy! I help you make it easier and hold you accountable throughout and you learn the tricks of how to make the new behaviours into habits that you do daily, and not fall by the wayside, such as most new year’s resolutions do.

Week 1: Habits
Discover the power of tiny habits to create immediate and lasting change, especially in implementing a wind-down routine.
Week 2: Sleep
Learn routines and strategies to ensure sound and restful sleep.
We’ll work on some breathing exercises which will provide you with a sounder sleep and leave you more relaxed throughout the day.
Week 3: Nutrition
Helping you to avoid eating late at night which is so disruptive to your sleep
Week 4: Stress
Stress and sleep are inextricably intertwined. Working on one helps the other and vice-versa.
Week 5: Exercise and Movement
We examine why movement makes such a difference to sleep and all round health
Week 6: Wrap-up
Bringing it all together and discussing fitness wearables, supplements etc
