Scheduling & Pricing:

The 1-on-1 Healthspan Discovery Session is a 45-minute video call tailored to your individual needs. The session is priced at £75.

When you schedule your session, you’re taking the first step towards optimising your healthspan with actionable, lifestyle-focused insights.

Should you choose to enrol in either my 1-2-1 Healthspan Journey programme or the Collective Healthspan Journey programme, the £75 fee for this discovery session will be deducted from the total cost of the programme you select.
