As a child, my quality of life wasn’t great. We lived in a “dodgy” high-rise block on a very rough council estate. Two of my brothers died young, I lost my parents, grandparents, an uncle and close friends to conditions related to poor health that at the time I thought were hereditary, but now realise were because of lifestyle and habits..
This is one of the reasons I’m so focused on health.
