He went back to school later in life to get his PhD in clinical counselling and psychology, to learn how to heal his daughter’s Crohn’s disease and his wife’s autoimmune disease.
Habits & Health episode 26 with Kristi Jacques. She works to help her clients reduce or eliminate the need for diabetes medication.
Kristi was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 12 years old. Her doctors only instructions were to “eat healthy” and that “everyone should be eating the diabetic diet”. He did not explain what that meant.
Habits & Health episode 25 with Elisabeth Kristof who has a holistic practice that combines applied neuroscience with strategic, high-energy workouts to achieve deep and lasting wellbeing which she calls Brain-based wellness.

As a professional speaker e is also a member of the PSA, the Professional Speaking Association and in this episode we discuss the differences between Toastmasters and The PSA, the value members receive from each organisation and some tips for finding the right club.
Happy Vs Flourishing episode 15 with Wendy May who is a “Purpose coach”. In 2019 Wendy released a book titled “Regenerative Purpose: The Dynamic Nature of the Way We Choose Work” and in this episode we dig into that.
Wendy is also a conscious leadership consultant, and recovering achievement addict. After leaving behind a successful corporate career, she embarked on a heart-led journey of service work in 2015. As a changemaker, she supports the process of soul-purpose alignment so we can create a world of work that works for everyone.
